Personal Property Securities (PPS) reform is here, there is no avoiding it and there are some things you will need to know for January 2011.
Trace Training will be conducting a PPS seminar with Peter Mills of BCI Lawyers and you are invited to our Trace Training rooms on Wednesday 15th December from 10:00am to 1:30pm.

- Perfection and Priority Rules and Transitional Arrangements
- PPSA: Purchase Money Securities Interests (“PMSI’s”), Leasing of Goods and Equipment and Retention of Title (“RoT”) Arrangements
The cost of this seminar is $220 + GST and includes a well rounded discussion of what you need to do to prepare yourself for PPS and will address any highlighted issues and questions you may have.
