Grayling introduces a Pressure Dispense Liner for processing viscous liquids

The Guardian Pressure-Dispense liner is engineered to assist in discharging highly viscous liquids from intermediate bulk containers.
The Guardian Pressure-Dispense liner features two internal air bladders. By pressurizing the bladders, liquids are gathered together in the center of the container and made available for the pump to evacuate the liner without losing prime.
As product is pumped out of the container, the air bladders expand to fill the empty space and eventually concentrate the viscous material into the bottom center of the tote directly adjacent to the dispense port.
The Guardian Pressure-Dispense liner is designed to work with the 275 gallon PaperIBC and the 315 gallon Buckhorn collapsible tote. The liner can also be manufactured to accommodate many other IBC containers.

Why coextruded film structures?

Coextrusion is the term used to describe the process of extruding into film multiple layers of resins simultaneously. This type of film extrusion utilizes multiple extruders to melt and deliver different resin materials to a single extrusion head. Monolayer films are made utilizing a single extrusion head delivering a single resin or a blend of several resins.
Coextruded films are frequently specified for food, pharmaceutical, personal care and other high value product packaging applications. These films are generally processed on newer, more modern types of extrusion equipment that deliver high performance with regard to mixing and gauge control that results in a higher quality film product.
The coextrusion process provides more flexibility to the film processor. This process allows the creation of multiple ultra-thin layers within a film that can meet, or exceed, the performance characteristics of much thicker mono film structures.
Although in some cases mono films can be engineered to perform similarly to coextruded film structures, specifying coex creates an opportunity to downguage your film, which leads to decreased costs and reduced waste. And, of course, all of us are searching for opportunities to increase efficiency and promote sustainability.

Mostly, that I am an uncomplicated but passionate individual. With me, you get what you see and what most people see is that I am passionate about; my spirituality, my family, my friends and my work.
